Following my 5k route but turned off too early so the distance was less. Turned my left ankle 6 times on the rough/broken paths which didn’t help. Very warm and windy too.

Mazda MX-5 RF

So the other night Mazda unveiled its new MX-5 RF at the 2016 New York Motor Show.

Wow! I love the look of this. And it actually looks great with the roof up as well.

So, a two seater fastback that looks great but this one looks like a Targa top as well. So do we trade-in the MX5 Sport Venture later this year when this RF becomes available or do we trade in the RX-8 R3 on the basis that the RX-Vision may not be released for a while yet, and then only as a two-seater?

Fourth Generation MX5 Launch

We were lucky enough to be invited along last August to the UK launch of the fourth generation Mazda MX5 and very impressive it was too: I can see why it has won many Car of the Year type awards.

Week 10 Day 1 Bristol Running

Back after a month’s break due to illness and it was a cold, wet and windy run from the hotel. It did prove that there’s no such things as bad weather, just bad kit and mine was fine … thank goodness! New kit included my new Nike Flyknit Lunar 3 iD shoes.

Week 5 Day 4 Run Commute 5k

A week after my last run due to the tendonitis/calf muscle pull and this wasn’t too bad: the dodgy calf muscle started nipping up towards the end but not too bad. Ibuprofen is my friend though.
